About the POA
Skyler Place Property Owners Association, Inc. (the POA) is a non-profit corporation that manages the common areas of the Skyler Place Subdivision to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. The common areas of the subdivision consist of three lots which require maintenance such as mowing and weed control.
The POA also addresses issues such as enforcement of the Bills of Assurances and Protective Covenants and Restrictions for Skyler Place, which were filed for record on February 17, 2004.
